In what has become annual warfare, Jakande Estate residents in Lagos say they are tired of battling floods and its attendant challenges whenever it rains.
Residents say whenever it rains, they lose property and valuables worth millions and it’s even more disheartening that the Lagos State government hasn’t done anything to solve the flooding problem annually ravaging the area despite several appeals to the state government to come to their aid.
