Husband to popular Nollywood diva, Mercy Johnson Okojie, Prince Odionose Okojie, has debunked news making the rounds that his delectable wife has been delivered of a baby.
Mercy’s husband who said this through his social media handle on Instagram @princeodiokojie said, “I woke up this morning to see countless missed calls and messages congratulating me on the arrival of our new baby.
We are so thankful for the show of love, but my wife @mercyjohnsonokojie has not been delivered of the baby yet, it is good news and I will certainly update you all when it happens.
Thank you and God bless.” He wrote.
Internet fraudsters feasted on the Instagram page of the actress, using another unverified account to announce the arrival of her new baby, the fourth child of the family.
Although, they didn’t disclose the sex of the baby or made any pronouncement as to the situation of the mother and child, simply posted the picture of the actress and her husband holding a new-born baby in a hospital bed and added love emoji’s
Mercy Johnson who is already a proud mother of three (3) – two girls and a boy announced her pregnancy on Wednesday, December 18th, 2019 on her Instagram page. She said; “We’re having a baby. I’ve always wanted 4 kids…. always. However, after 3 kids, I thought I had retired from the baby-making business. So a while back, we found out we had a baby on the way.”
“I can’t explain the joy and peace expecting our new baby has brought, or the cravings for food that have followed. I get so emotional easily; in fact, right now I’ve started crying from joy again.”
“I’m sharing this with you, my family, for life, hanging on since day 1, growing with my family and me and always showing all the love. I love you all right back.”
But the husband has come out to dissociate the family from that purported delivery. Although, said he’s happy about it since it’s equally good news, as they are expecting the arrival of their fourth child very soon.
